Vindicator Vayne Lol Skin

This skin sees Vayne transformed into a Vampire hunter, although we have to ask: Wasn’t she already?

I mean, her title is “The Night Hunter” which heavily implies she hunts either Werewolves or Vampires. And let’s be honest, silver crossbow bolts are just silver stakes, the perfect weapon for taking down a dirty bloodsucker. Plus, whenever she activates her ultimate she’s wreathed in bats.

Pedantry aside, her splash art is epic, especially when compared to her old one.

A swarm of bats can be seen behind Vindicator Vayne, illuminated by an enormous full moon. Toward the left of the splash art is a cathedral shrouded in mist, and it looks like it could have been lifted straight out of Transylvania.

Standing in the centre of the picture is Vindicator Vayne herself. She wears a skin-tight purple outfit, which seems like an odd strategy – usually, it’s the Vampires who do the seducing.

She also wears a slick overcoat that has a popped half cone collar that makes her look a tad vampiric herself. It also seems to offer very little neck protection.

In terms of footwear, she wears metal boots polished to a mirror-like sheen. Of course, we saved the best for last – Vindicator Vaynes face is what really makes this skin pop.

Vindicator Vayne has often been referred to as “Librarian Vayne” due to the fact that she’s sporting secretarial glasses. In our opinion, she looks a little like Alex Vause from “Orange Is The New Black”

Incidentally, we suspect Alex would make an excellent Vampire Slayer in her own right.

In game, her cloak appears to be more of a navy blue than a purple – perhaps owing to the fact that it’s always daytime on Summoners Rift. This skin doesn’t come with any new animations or sound effects, though it looks far different than any of her other skins.

Plus, it has the added benefit of being a Legacy skin! This means that you’ll only ever be able to pick it up at special times during the year – and eventually, It might be removed from the store completely!
