Requirements

• High Skill Level: Achieved at least GrandMaster rank by the end of the season, with a strong honor standing.
• English Proficiency: Minimum of B1/B2 level English to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Composure: Ability to remain calm and collected, even in difficult situations or during losses.
• Customer Service: Basic customer support skills, as you'll often be the primary point of contact for our clients.
• Technical Preparedness: A stable internet connection and access to a high-quality VPN.
