A champion holding a beer keg in the ocean's depths. Of course, we're talking about Gragas here. Scuba Gragas apparently does not wish to readily part over his keg, even if he is located in the lower sea levels. The skins essentially outfit Gragas in a scuba diving getup, complete with fins, goggles, and an air tank mask. In all other respects, he is dressed in near-total darkness, and his beard is plainly apparent.
No matter how hard we try, we just can't place our finger on where Riot got the inspiration for the skin. It could have originated from a drinking game played exclusively by the original designers, given their bro culture and Gragas's penchant for partying.
Scuba Gragas is now considered a legacy skin. Also, it has nothing to do with any League of Legends event. So, you can't buy Scuba Gragas in stores anymore, and it won't ever be added to the League of Legends market. Due to how rare it is, it might be worth more than 520 RP. Still, summoners decide how much the skin is worth because it is not officially sold anywhere.
On the secondary markets, you might be able to get the Scuba Gragas by buying accounts from people who already have them. There are a lot of websites that let you buy and sell accounts and do other related things. Make sure you choose a reliable one so you can get your skin safely.
Scuba Gragas may be obtained through Hextech making or mystery gifts, although doing so is difficult. It is best to get them through secondary markets as the odds of getting them from other ways are pretty low.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
