Prestige Porcelain Lux is the fancy version of the Porcelain Lux skin. She’s dressed in a royal violet and gold outfit inspired by porcelain art. Her outfit has intricate porcelain designs and her weapons (staff) have porcelain textures. Her staff looks super fancy.
The skin has gold and white shimmer effects and her spells have a porcelain and mystical theme. Her ultimate, Final Spark, is a beam of light with floral effects. Her animations are smooth and fancy.
Note that there is no difference in SFX and VFX between mythic and normal variant of this skin.

Yes, you can get Prestige Porcelain Lux from Hextech Crafting or Mystery Gifts but the drop rate is very low, for mythic skins it’s only 0.5%. Opening loot boxes with limited skins is a gamble unless you have a huge collection then the drop rate is higher.
