Pizza Delivery Sivir features Sivir, the famous warrior, as a pizza delivery girl. This skin is part of the Culinary Masters skin line, which includes other food-themed skins. She was released in celebration of April Fool’s Day in 2018.

Sivir's outfit in this skin is quite different from her typical warrior costume. She's dressed in a traditional white polo shirt with an orange collar, blue shorts, orange stockings, blue gloves, white sneakers, and an orange baseball cap. Instead of her usual lethal chakram, she now kills her opponents by throwing a pizza with a variety of toppings that alter with each attack.
