Pentakill Kayle is a common skin that was released in August 2017.
Not to be confused with the in game Pentakill achievement, Pentakill is actually a metal band on Runeterra which features many other champions that form an awesome metal band. Pentakill Kayle also shares the same theme with:
Pentakill Kayle is the newest member of the group and provides excellent backing vocals for the band. The skin features a complete makeover for Kayle including a new texture, model and particles. The changes include a brand new red sword and some awesome gothic plated armor on her wings. Compared to her default skin, Kayle looks a lot darker and more menacing which makes for an interesting skin.
Also included with the skin are new particles for every ability and auto attack. When activating her Righteous Fury her crown and sword change color and begin to glow orange. Combine this with the brand-new sound effects for her abilities, and it makes an excellent skin.
Pentakill Kayle also includes a new recall animation where Kayle jumps on a stage and starts rocking out before recalling back to base. If you could get a whole team full of Pentakill skins, then their recall animations would be an awesome sight.
