Panda Annie is a great skin for the price point of 975RP. It offers some new animations, particle effects as well as sound effects. It’s a release celebrating the lunar new year. Hence the theme of the skin being festive oriental, transforming Tibbers into a firecracker panda and Annie donning a traditional outfit. Interestingly, even though there’s a Panda Teemo skin, there’s no association between the two.

Panda Annie shares a similar Chinese theme with Lunar Beast Annie, the difference is that the latter one is a modern version of everyone's favorite pyro girl.

Firecracker Skin Line

Panda Annie is part of the Firecracker skin line, which is a subset of a larger Lunar Revel line. The theme of this line, as the name suggests, is firecrackers. All the champions of this line, in some shape or form, produce fireworks, a very fitting thing for a festive line. In Annie’s case, it’s her entire kit, with Tibbers being the final touch.
