Kingpin Twitch is a legacy skin that was released in November 2009.
The skin was most likely inspired by Pablo Escobar or Al Capone who were both rich leaders of criminal organizations. The Kingpin Twitch skin is based on Twitch being a super-rich leader and the splash art show shim sitting on a pile of gold coins.
The skin features Twitch in a new costume with golden shoulder pads and a gold trimmed cloak. His weapon has also been modified into an expensive golden crossbow and Twitch now has an eye patch over his right eye.
There are no new animations or sounds included with this skin and they all remain the same as the default ones.
The skin also includes new particles such as a new projectile for his Venom Cask ability.
Upon its release, Kingpin Twitch was available in store for a short period of time for 520 RP. Although the skin has been removed from the store it has returned back to the store for a brief period during special occasions.
Currently Kingpin Twitch is no longer available in the Riot store and the only way to get it is to purchase an account with it already redeemed.
