High Noon Yasuo Lol Skin

This Yasuo skin is a tad reminiscent of Overwatch’s ‘Mccree’ and not just due to the name either.

First off, there’s the obvious cowboy theme that this skin has going on, but there’s also the flowing red cape – something that’s also distinctive to Overwatch’s sharpshooter.

The splash art is quite nice. As with most of Riots art, the background is blurred, but we can forgive them given that there’s a ginormous tornado wreaking havoc.

High Noon Yasuo gives a tip of his Stetson as his blade lashes out, cleaving through a wagon wheel. His usual Katana has been swapped out for something a touch more intriguing.

The handle has a sharp curve to it, like that of a pistol. This whole firearm feel is also sold by the section where the blade meets the hilt, which strongly resembles two pistol barrels.

There’s not much of a story being told here, but the fact that High Noon Yasuo is able to maintain a calm demeanour while the world crumbles around him speaks volumes about his personality.

In-game, we’ve got a fair bit to unpack, but let’s begin with his outfit;

He has a lasso at his hip, and the attention to detail is so great that he even has spurs on his boots!

The overall colour scheme of the skin is a blend of tan, red and white – if you imagine a generic cowboy, your mental image is probably quite close to how High Noon Yasuo actually looks.

He’s even been given a new recall animation too, and now chugs down a bottle of beer before flinging it into the air. He then mimes shooting it with his sword before blasting off back to base.

 He’s been given a new dance animation, although it doesn’t actually involve any dancing. On the contrary, he’s more likely to stir others to dance, as he leans back on his sword, pulls out a harmonica, and plays a slow melody.
