Hextech Janna Lol Skin

According to her lore, Janna's long exposure to the raw materials needed to craft Hextech machinery gave her the power of flight, and the ability to control the wind. Think of it like the effect of radiation – on comic book characters that is, not the nasty effects it has on the rest of us.

Released in November 8th, 2010 Hextech Janna is the only skin that takes us back to Janna's origin story. It replaces the usual scantily clad Janna with a steampunk engineer – who is also quite lacking in the clothing department (one cannot be sure if the latter was meant to be part of the skin bio).

Visually, Hextech Janna's outfit is formed out of a darker color palette than her default skin, yet overall it is still slightly lighter than Sacred Sword Janna. As an addition, she now wears a pair of protective steampunk goggles strapped to her forehead.

Her staff is now a dark iron lamp, with a bright blue coil wrapped around it. Oh, and then there's her bird. Riot Games have decided to make it match the color scheme, but there might be a missed opportunity here as well. In our opinion, Riot should have turned Zephyr into a clockwork bird. After all, Forecast Janna has her cloud which matches the theme perfectly.

Her splash art features Janna with the Jean Gray hairstyle, which floats around her as though she was underwater. In the background, Piltover can be seen shrouded in a sandy mist at the height of the Hextech revolution.

Unfortunately, this skin doesn't come with any new sound effects or animations, but that doesn't mean it's not a great choice!

Players used to be able to purchase the skin for 920 RP – sadly, it's not the case anymore.
