Feral Warwick Lol Skin

While this skin does look pretty great, there’s one minor mistake on Riots part that we must address;

Before Warwicks visual rework Feral Warwick was precisely what you might imagine – A ferocious beast.

He wore next to no clothes, had traditionally coarse, brown, Werewolf like fur, and his shackles were an indication of someone’s misguided attempt to restrain the beast. An all-around must-have for fans of traditional Werewolves.

However, when the update hit, Riot took the skin in a completely different direction.

They traded shackles for leg and arm restraints, and he now wears a tattered straightjacket. His right arm has also been lopped off, replaced by a biomechanical arm. That’s where the issue arises – Bioforge Warwick would have been a better name for this skin.

It kept the original theme of “Werewolf escaped from captivity” but the straight jacket and mechanical arm makes it appear as though he’s been experimented on. Many people who paid for a skin that makes Warwick look like a traditional Werewolf want that skin. They do not want a skin that transforms him into a technologically augmented monster.

With that said, this skin might be just the thing for you!

The serum on his back has been administered straight from the syringe. The lack of tubes hints at the barbaric treatment he must have undergone during experimentation. Blood Hunt has also received a minor tweak too.

Instead of being pure crimson, his scent trail is now infused with a mild blue color. Feral Warwick's shoulder also has a few crisscrossed scars that evokes some of the old ferocity that this skin used to have – whether it’s sufficient or not is debatable.

Unfortunately, this skin is no longer available in the Riot store. That being said, if you really want to get your hands on it then you might find a smurf in our store that has this skin unlocked!
