Butcher Urgot Lol Skin

Okay, we have a lot to say about this Urgot skin, so let’s skip the preamble and jump right into it;

The splash art shows Urgot wielding a chainsaw and wearing a bloodied apron as he looms over his victim. Overall the lighting in this artwork is excellent, as is the blood spatters across the plastic curtain – it really adds an element of horror to the image.

That being said, his in-game changes have been a touch of a disappointment.

Butcher Urgot was initially released back in 2010, and he has since had a visual rework – however, there are a few minor things that have been changed, and some might say these changes butchered the skin.

In our opinion, it’s still not terrible, but Butcher Urgot was flat out cooler back when he had a Leatherface mask on; an infamous villain from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies, in which a madman wore a mask made of human skin, and also tore them apart with a chainsaw. Chainsaws being another thing Riot dropped.

Previously, Butcher Urgot used to fling chainsaws at his foes, comedic perhaps, but still a nice touch.

These days, he doesn’t even hook them in with a meat hook, nor are his particles red – which would be appropriate given that he’s a mad butcher.

What does this skin have going for it though? After all, we’re making it sound as though Riot have killed the skin.

Well, his apron is still intact, and don’t get us wrong; he remains a terrifying menace, and it’s a nice addition for the cost. After all, it’s 520 RP, you really can’t complain when the price is that low.

However, it’s worth noting that this is already a Legacy skin, and its rarity makes it extra special – then again, if you want some truly rare skins, why not check out what we have to offer?
