Blood Moon Twisted Fate is a common skin that was released in February 2017.
Inspired by Japanese culture, the skin includes several visual references to the Kabuki theater and Shinigami. Twisted Fate also shares the same skin theme with:
Blood Moon Twisted Fate features plenty of changes such as a new model and texture. Instead of his classic dark outfit and cape, Twisted Fate now has a lot more color with red and blue being the skin’s primary colors. The model has also been changed so that Twisted Fate now wears a traditional Japanese-style mask to cover his face.
Sticking with the Blood Moon theme, Twisted Fate’s particles and projectiles have also been changed so that they now have a more Japanese style towards them. The graphics when selecting his card have also been changed to new symbols with Japanese characters on them. When performing his ultimate, the eye that appears over all enemy players has also been changed to a cool black eye with a golden outline.
Blood Moon Twisted Fate also features several new animations, the most notable being his ultimate and recall. When activating his ultimate, Twisted Fate now strikes a different pose than his default skin while teleporting.
The skin also features a new recall animation where Twisted Fate summons a deck of cards around him and makes a Japanese style wooden gateway appear. He then walks through the gateway just as he teleports back.
To top it all off, the skin also includes new sound effects for his recall and abilities.
As you can see a lot of time and effort has gone into making this skin and the level of detail is very impressive. Currently available in the Riot store for 1350 RP, if you don’t own a Blood Moon skin or just want to add another to your collection, then this is the skin for you!
