Blood Lord Vladimir turns Vladimir into a dark and commanding character, adding demonic, blood splattered elements to his vampiric look. The skin design stands out with his armor, lined with red veins and red tinted wings behind him. His pale skin contrasts with the deep reds of his clothes and his animations have blood effects. The visual effects on his abilities are dark and foreboding, every move leaves a trail of blood behind him. His Hemoplague ultimate explodes in a bloody mess, covering the area in a pool of blood.
