Annie-Versary, like Goth Annie, is a skin currently unavailable through any means. It was awarded for free to players that played League of Legends during the 10th-anniversary event. So it can be considered a very unique skin in that way, one of a kind.
Even though it was a free skin, Annie-Versary is one of the best skins for Annie, featuring new animations, particles and sound effects. Annie's model is adorable, but the skin's best feature is that her bear Tibbers is swapped with Teemo. Once summoned, the opponents will have to face a beastly giant Teemo.
Annie-Versary is considered to be part of the Surprise Party skin line, which contains only 2 other skins, Surprise Party Amumu and Surprise Party Fiddlesticks. It’s not hard to guess that the skin line is all about celebration and partying, with all the skins reflecting on that nature, being lighthearted and fun. There aren’t any other clear themes.

It can be considered a rare skin as it was only available for four weeks during League of Legends' 10th anniversary in 2019. The skin was awarded to all League of Legends players active at least once that year. It was a free skin, but due to limited availability, it could fetch some real money.
