It’s clear that “Sun Goddess Karma” was inspired by ancient Aztec culture, and there’s plenty of evidence for this; Aztec women are often portrayed wearing a feathered headdress, much like the one Karma has. Additionally, the fact that the Aztecs worshipped the sun and believed that it wouldn’t rise without their sacrifices is more evidence.
Her garb also seems to be plucked directly from history, right down from the dress to the amulet around her neck. Oh, and her splash art is a bit of a hint too; There’s an indomitable Aztec pyramid standing just behind her.
Although Sun Goddess Karma has been around since 2011, it’s a standalone skin – no others are thematically similar at all.
Visually, her colour palette works well. The varying shades of green compliment the burned orange of her pieces of armor in an aesthetically pleasing way.
However, her spells have received no new animations or particles – then again, for 750 RP it’s still a pretty great deal. We recommend it to anyone who wants a Karma skin without spending too much!
It’s currently available in the League of Legends store, but it might not be around forever! If you want a truly rare skin that is impossible to obtain in-game, then check out our store down below!
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
