If you were around back in Season 1 then you probably own the rare Judgement Kayle skin! The only way to obtain was to play at least 1 ranked game in the first season of League of Legends back in 2010. However, if you are like most of us and you started in some later Season, then you are out of luck.

Of course, many of our accounts come with Judgement Kayle unlocked, allowing you to pick up this gem right here. And a gem it truly is!

First, let’s take a look at how this skin differs from the default one in terms of physical changes. Judgement Kayle is one of the few Kayle skins to actually wear clothes – Leather slacks, as opposed to armor. Her wings are now a silvery white. Perfectly suitable for a divine warrior, however whenever she goes airborne, her wings take on a shade of blue so dark it’s almost black. This signifies her darker side; Her need to cut short the lives of sinners wherever she goes.

Then there’s her exquisite splash art – she Is captured striking quite a menacing pose:

Her sword is elongated toward the viewer, and her eyes burn with a righteous divine fervor. This artist captured the essence of Judgement Kayle perfectly, and it’s clear that they’re a master at their craft.

Previously, Judgement Kayle had no new unique ability changes; however her graphical update fixed all that. Judgement Kayle’s spells have now all been imbued with a shining blue light that gives her a colder, more menacing appearance. Quite fitting, given her title “Judgement Kayle.”

There are no similar skins to Judgement Kayle. It’s so rare it stands on its own. However, some other exceptionally rare skins include “PAX Twisted Fate” and “King Rammus.”

What if you still want Judgement Kayle though? Well assuming that you didn’t play ten games back in Season 1, there’s no way to obtain it now – short of picking it up here that is.
