Golden Alistar is a common skin that was released back in January 2010.
Golden Alistar is one of the cheapest skins along with Assasin Master Yi and White Mage Veigar. Currently the skin is in the store for 390 RP which makes the skin fairly common due to its price.
The skin itself features Alistar with some slight model changes such as golden fur but basically remains the same as the original skin. There are no new particles, animations or sounds included with the skin which is a shame but understandable for the low price.
Released in 2010 this was one of the earliest skins released and has since had its model and texture updated to make it more modern.
Although the actual reference of the skin is unknown it’s most likely a reference to either the Biblical Golden Calf or the Wall Street Bull.
