Blood Moon Akali Lol Skin

Blood Moon Akali is a common skin that was released back in June of 2011 and was hated by many – up until recently that is. Riot heard the community’s discontentment and decided to do something about, giving us the brilliant Blood Moon Akali that we have today.

The ‘Blood Moon’ skin line is one of the biggest yet, with over 15 Champions receiving one of them! Akali was the first, but there’s plenty of others you may recognize, including; “Blood Moon Thresh” and “Blood Moon Diana.”

The skin itself transforms Akali into a true kunoichi – graceful, delicate, and deceptively deadly.

Blood Moon Akalis dashes and daggers now all have a crimson aura to them, and her outfit is quite stunning too! Her kimono is blood red, complete with a Blood Moon symbol too. The awesome changes don’t stop there though.

During Akali’s recall, a cloud of dark smoke shrouds her, as scarlet leaves fall and flutter past.

Our one gripe with this skin is that pressing Ctrl + 5 does not toggle her porcelain mask on and off, however, that’s a petty thing to complain about when the rest of the skin is so great.
