Requesting your account data is simple and fully automated. Riot Games has streamlined the process, so you don’t need to go through lengthy steps or provide unnecessary details.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Riot Games Support Website.
- Log in to your Riot Games account.
- Click "Submit a Ticket."
- In the "Choose a Request Type" dropdown, select “Account Management, Data Requests, or Deletion.”
- Fill in the required fields with something generic—there’s no need to provide extra details or a long explanation.
- Wait up to 30 days for Riot Games to process your request. Once completed, you’ll receive almost all the data Riot Games has stored about you. (Thanks, EU 🇪🇺!)
⚠️ Important: You cannot change your password or email during this time, or your request will be canceled.
What Information Will You Get from the Data Request?
Once the 30-day waiting period is over, Riot will send you an email confirming that your data is ready for download. It won’t be available in the support portal—only via email.
