Championship Kalista is a legacy skin that was released in September 2015.
The skin was released to celebrate the end of the Season 5 World Championship and was available in the store for a short period of time for 975 RP. Since then the skin has been removed and is no longer available.
Championship Kalista shares the same theme with Championship Riven, Championship Shyvana, and Championship Thresh. Every year there is a new championship skin released to celebrate the end of the season. So far it has been Riven (2012), Thresh (2013), Shyvana (2014), Kalista (2015) and Zed (2016).
The skin itself features Kalista with a new blue texture and shiny blue armor. Her spear and ghost have been changed to blue to match the theme, and her helmet is gold trimmed like all the other Championship skins.
Kalista’s particles and projectile spears from her abilities and auto attacks have also been changed to match the color blue.
The skin also includes several new animations including a new recall animation where Kalista summons a large podium which she stands on. In addition to the new animations, the skin also includes new sounds for her recall animation.
